The Coravin Model Two is a wine system that protects wine from oxidation by allowing you to pour without pulling the cork.
The system is placed on the bottle and a thin needle is inserted through the cork. Afterwards a small amount of argon gas is fed into the bottle using the so-called “Load Cell” technology to guarantee a perfect locking. After removing the Coravin system, the cork closes again by itself due to its elastic structure – the bottle is closed again and protected against oxidation.
